My latest brand design , Wakatori is a concept inspired by the food, music and celebration of the Japanese and Peruvian influenced regions of the world that are symbolic; for their deep flavors, colorful presentations and cultural diversity. Wakatori embodies an environment that’s true to its meaning, polished & refined. This is where world-class cuisine meets in an unlikely, but unique setting. In true fusion fashion, Chef Jason Yamaguchi and Chef Ricardo Zarate will create edible masterpieces combining the best locally sourced ingredients with their culinary talents of their Japanese and Peruvian roots.
